A few things to know

Clear from the start.

Is the platform fee the same as my member prices?

No. Lockerz charges community owners a monthly platform fee and a share of paid memberships. You set the free, monthly or annual membership plans inside your own community.

Will I be charged when I create an account?

No charge is collected during the private preview. Signup creates a private community draft. Payment collection and public launch are not open yet.

Can I use my own domain?

Your draft has a community subdomain. Custom-domain verification and activation are planned for launch.

Are dedicated apps included?

Dedicated branded apps are planned as an enterprise option. Standard communities use the web experience.

Who manages payments and email?

The planned standard service uses platform-managed Stripe and Mailgun setup. Eligible enterprise communities will have own-account options. These integrations are not active yet.
